HOW DOES PREMADE DESIGN WORK?
It’s simple – you purchase your design from our storefront, receive the design files & voila! If you do not have Photoshop or other design software, we’d be glad to help out. Look for a follow up email within minutes of purchasing your design from us. We’ll ask what changes you’d like us to make to the text and we’ll shoot those design edits to you within 72 hours.
HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?
Instantly. All products are instantly delivered via our site or email. If you do not have access to design software, it may take us up to three business days to complete your request. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received in.
I DON'T HAVE PHOTOSHOP. CAN I STILL PURCHASE DESIGNS?
Of course. Not everyone has access to Photoshop or other design software. If there’s a text change you need modified, look for a follow up email from us. Feel free to respond to the follow up email with your text edits. Did we mention there’s no additional fee? <3
HOW DOES CUSTOM DESIGN WORK?
Choose your design from our design form and submit your request details. We’ll review your request and forward an invoice (only 50% is required to start.) Once you have paid the invoice, we’ll begin working with you one on one to create the perfect design. We send screenshots of our progress along the way to make sure you’re over the moon about your new pixels. If you would like to learn more, see our custom design page for further details.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM DESIGN USUALLY TAKE?
For custom projects, we like to quote our clients based upon our current workload. Most projects are completed within 5-10 working days under normal circumstances. Please check with your designer for their current turnaround time.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards in addition to PayPal. We follow industry standards on information security management to safeguard sensitive information, such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details and any other Personal Information entrusted to us. Our information security systems apply to people, processes and information technology systems on a risk management basis. We also perform annual audits to ensure our handling of your credit card information aligns with industry guidelines. We are certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service provider, which is the highest level of compliance available, and our platform is audited annually by a third-party qualified security assessor.
